Starting Friday, September 3, 2010, The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College's Restaurants are officially open again for the school year. We hope to see you soon!
The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College provides four
on-campus restaurants to give students multiple opportunities to experience the strata of the growing restaurant industry. Naturally, students benefit from preparing the four different cuisines, but equally important is the experience that students have in responding to the varied ambiance and environments.
Our four open-to-the-public restaurants include: The Great Chefs, The International Bistro, The American Heartland, and The Italian Trattoria, and are all open Tuesday-Saturday with suggested reservations. The International Bistro is open for lunch Monday-Friday from 11am-2pm with lunch options from a variety of market carts that changes daily. Lunch prices range from $6-$8 and no reservations are required.

The Pastry Shop is a popular place for area residents. All items are prepared by students in the Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts programs supervised by Chef Instructors. The Pastry Shop is open-to-the-public
Monday-Friday from
7:30am-6:00pm.
Just one block down from the Allison Mansion, at 4100 Walnut Street, you will find our
College Store. There you will find a whole host of items sure to please most of your hospitality needs. From cook books to measuring cups, aprons to t-shirts, and wine accessories to soft pretzels, the College Store is open-to-the public every
Monday-Friday from
9am-5pm and
Saturdays from
9am-3pm.
